Hello, I’m Amanda! I was born and raised in Visalia, Ca and raised by Portuguese immigrant parents. I attended Fresno State in where I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work in 2013 and completed my Master’s in Social Work at CSU, Bakersfield in 2015. I have worked as a therapist at a community mental health agency and the past 6 years I have been in the medical field specializing in maternal child health. My passion is mental health and more specifically perinatal mental health. I love traveling when I’m not Social Working. I’m a big foodie and never turn down a trip to a bakery.
