NICU Charge RN in Portland, OR. Adventuring through life married to my best friend, a veteran and current firefighter. (Shout out to the dual shift worker families!) We have three wonderful and resilient kids. My career has always been Maternal Child Health (Labor & Delivery, Post Partum and NICU) and I have worked almost every shift...days, nights, variable, full time, part time, per diem and stay-at-home mom in three different states over the last 15 years. I am so very grateful to do a job that I love. My three prayers as a nurse are that: 1) Any care I have the opportunity to give would be helpful to the ones receiving it...body, mind and soul. 2) I would be a positive, contributing teammate for whatever team I am on. 3) I would never stop learning or striving for excellence!
