CEO - The Teaching NP
Sunny graduated from nursing in 2005 and worked in various areas such as orthopaedics and trauma and palliative care. She went on to complete her Masters Degree and graduated in 2012 as a Nurse Practitioner. Since graduation Sunny has worked in primary care and mental health and also worked as a director of health for a large non profit organization. Over the last several years, Sunny has been working as a NP in Neurosurgery. Since graduation, Sunny has also developed numerous NP resources and courses as well as preparation courses for OSCE Exams and began a NP teaching business and unexpectedly took on an entrepreneurial component. Sunny’s desire to make an impact on NP education is evident through her passion for teaching and mentorship of NP students and new grad NPs. She is a huge advocate of celebrating nurses who decide to take on non traditional career paths as much as those on a traditional path and overall honouring unique and diverse skill sets!
