Husband and father that has been active in the health and wellness space for over seven years. I started my journey late in life and in my mid-30s, realized I needed to take an active role in my health. Over these seven years, I have spent a lot of time trying to find effective ways to balance busy work, life, and travel schedules while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
