Hannah W. Berns, MHCI, BSN, RN

Hannah is a passionate nurse innovator on a mission to connect, inspire, and amplify the voice of her nursing community as the Chief Operating Officer of The Nursing Beat. She oversees all the logistical magic to bring The Nursing Beat to life. Prior to joining The Nursing Beat, Hannah worked as a nurse throughout the San Francisco Bay Area for over eleven years. She has served as adjunct faculty for the University of San Francisco and an Item Writer for the Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing. Hannah has also served as the president of the San Francisco Bay Area Emergency Nurses Association. She holds a master’s degree in Health Care Innovation from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine and a bachelor’s in nursing from Seattle University College of Nursing.
